- Suolaa & Mustapippuria

Instructions
Tee broilerin fileisiin viillot sentin välein. Varo kuitenkin leikkaamasta broileria kokonaan halki. Täytä viillot pikkelöidyillä valkosipuleilla ja ilmakuivatulla kinkulla. Mausta broilerin pinta suolalla ja mustapippurilla ja lorauta päälle hiukan oliiviöljyä. Nosta broilerit uunipellille ja kypsennä uunissa 25 minuuttia 180 asteessa tai kunnes kypsiä. Broilerin kypsyyden voi aina tarkistaa leikkaamalla broilerin halki paksuimmasta kohdasta ennen tarjoilua.
Broilerien kypsyessä valmista yrttisalaatti. Lisää kulhoon revitty basilika, rucola ja herneenversot. Tähän käy myös muut lempiyrttisi. Lisää yrttien sekaan sitruunamehu ja loraus oliiviöljyä sekä mausta suolalla. Tarjoile broilerin kanssa.
