Ingredients

  • 4 kpl endiivi
  • 100 g sinihomejuusto
  • 2 dl ruokakerma
  • 100 g saksanpähkinä
  • rypsiöljyä paistamiseen
  • suola, mustapippuri

Instructions

Kiehauta kattilassa kerma. Lisää joukkoon sinihomejuusto. Sekoita tasaiseksi. Ohenna tarvittaessa vedellä. Halkaise endiivit. Kuumenna paistinpannu. Paista endiivien leikkuupinnalle kaunis väri. Mausta suolalla ja mustapippurilla. Tarjoile sinihomejuustokastikkeen ja saksanpähkinöiden kanssa.
