- 50 g tomaattipyre
- 2 rkl vaalea balsamico
- 0,5 dl vesi, tai punaviini
- 4 kpl keltuainen
- 150 g voi
- 1 tl suola
- 2 tl sokeri
- ½ tl mustapippuri, jauhettu
- 2 pkt tuoretta parsaa
Instructions

Sulata voi. Mittaa tasapohjaiseen kattilaan keltuainen, vaalea balsamico ja vesi/punaviini. Aloita kypsentämään keltuaisseosta koko ajan vispilällä sekoittaen. Kuumenna seos 84 C asteiseksi, tai kunnes keltuaismassa on kypsää. Ota sivuun liedeltä. Lisää voi ohuena nauhana koko ajan sekoittaen. Sekoita tomaattipyre joukkoon. Mausta suolalla, sokerilla ja mustapippurilla. Tarjoile klassisesti grillatun parsan, tai kalan kanssa.
